“The biggest turning point in my life was the loss during my pregnancy,” she shares. “It was an incredibly difficult phase. I felt as if everything had come to a standstill. But that pain pushed me to search for a new direction—something meaningful that could help not just me, but others as well.”
This emotional setback became the catalyst for her journey, leading her to a purpose-driven career that combines financial expertise with social impact.
An Accidental Discovery That Sparked a Mission
Swati’s entry into the field of unclaimed wealth was not planned—it was a chance discovery.
“One day, we found old share certificates in my mother’s drawer. Their value was nearly ₹20 lakh. That moment made me realize how many people might be unaware of similar assets lying idle in their homes.”
This realization ignited a powerful idea: to create awareness and help individuals reclaim their forgotten wealth. What started as a small initiative soon evolved into a full-fledged mission.
Struggles in the Early Days
The initial phase of Swati’s journey was anything but easy.
“I had no team, no office, and no clear guidance. I would go door-to-door, explaining to people how to convert physical share certificates into Demat form. Many people were skeptical; some even shut their doors on me,” she recalls.
Despite these challenges, Swati remained determined. Her persistence gradually built trust, and her efforts began to yield results.
The Strength of Family Support
Swati credits her family for playing a crucial role in her success.
“My husband and family stood by me through every challenge. My brother-in-law Shubham, in particular, provided valuable guidance and encouragement. Without their support, this journey would not have been possible.”
From Local Roots to Global Reach
Today, Swati Agrawal’s work has transcended geographical boundaries.
“I receive calls from countries like the United States and Dubai. It feels incredibly rewarding to know that my work is making a difference on a global scale.”
One of her most notable achievements includes helping a World Bank employee recover over ₹30 lakh in unclaimed funds—a milestone that underscores her expertise and credibility.
More Than Just Claims—A Mission for Awareness
What sets Swati apart is her holistic approach.
“Our focus is not just on processing claims but also on educating people about their financial rights,” she explains. “We deal with lost shares, corrections in names and addresses, transmission cases, and complex IEPF claims.”
Her work simplifies complicated financial procedures, making them accessible to the common person.
Expertise in IEPF Claims
The Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) is known for its lengthy claim processes, often taking two to five years. However, Swati and her team have significantly reduced this timeline.
“We aim to complete IEPF claims within six to seven months by following a structured and transparent approach,” she says.
She highlights a startling reality—over ₹1 lakh crore of unclaimed funds are lying with institutions such as RBI, SEBI, insurance companies, and banks.
“Due to lack of awareness, people are unable to claim this money. My goal is to change that.”

Among the many cases she has handled, one remains especially close to her heart.
“Two sisters were unaware that their late parents owned shares in Reliance. We helped them recover over ₹10 lakh, including bonuses and dividends. Their happiness was unforgettable.”
So far, Swati and her team have helped more than 20 families recover unclaimed funds worth crores.

Swati proudly leads an all-women team of four members.
“I believe women possess exceptional multitasking abilities and emotional sensitivity—qualities that are essential in this field. Together, we are driving this mission forward.”
Promoting Financial Literacy
Beyond individual recoveries, Swati is deeply committed to spreading financial awareness.
“I regularly conduct seminars, engage through social media, and collaborate with various platforms to educate people. We have also organized awareness sessions for the Indian Army.”
Her objective is clear—to ensure that no one is deprived of their hard-earned money due to lack of knowledge.

Looking ahead, Swati aims to expand her mission on a much larger scale.
“My goal is to ensure that every individual in the country is aware of unclaimed wealth and can easily access it. This initiative has the potential to transform countless lives.”

स्वाति नक्षत्र से जुड़ी एक प्राचीन मान्यता है कि जब इस नक्षत्र में बारिश की एक बूंद सीप में गिरती है, तो वह मोती बन जाती है। ठीक उसी तरह स्वाति अग्रवाल ने भी अनगिनत लोगों के जीवन में बदलाव की कहानी लिखी है। उन्होंने उन संपत्तियों को, जो वर्षों से अनदेखी और अनक्लेम्ड पड़ी थीं, उनके असली मालिकों तक पहुंचाकर उन्हें एक नई उम्मीद दी है।

घर में ही छिपी है ‘सोने की खदान’
स्वाति अग्रवाल का मानना है कि सोने की खदान केवल पहाड़ों या जमीन के नीचे ही नहीं होती, बल्कि यह हमारे घरों में भी हो सकती है।
वे कहती हैं, “लोग सोचते हैं कि संपत्ति पाने के लिए बड़े निवेश या विरासत की जरूरत होती है, लेकिन सच्चाई यह है कि कई बार हमारे घर की अलमारियों और दराजों में ही करोड़ों की संपत्ति छिपी होती है। पुराने शेयर सर्टिफिकेट, भूले-बिसरे निवेश और दस्तावेज—ये सब मिलकर एक ‘स्वर्ण खदान’ बन सकते हैं।”
वर्षों पहले जिन शेयरों की कीमत कुछ लाख रुपये रही होगी, आज वही निवेश करोड़ों में पहुंच चुका होता है। लेकिन जानकारी के अभाव में लोग इनका लाभ नहीं उठा पाते। स्वाति का मिशन है ऐसे दस्तावेजों को खोजकर उनकी अनक्लेम्ड राशि को असली मालिक तक पहुंचाना।
दर्द से मिली नई दिशा
स्वाति अग्रवाल की सफलता के पीछे एक गहरा व्यक्तिगत संघर्ष छिपा है।
वे बताती हैं, “मेरे जीवन का सबसे बड़ा टर्निंग पॉइंट मेरी प्रेग्नेंसी का लॉस था। वह समय बेहद कठिन था। ऐसा लगा जैसे सब कुछ रुक गया हो। लेकिन उसी दर्द ने मुझे नई दिशा दी। मैंने तय किया कि मुझे कुछ ऐसा करना है, जो मेरे साथ-साथ दूसरों के जीवन में भी सकारात्मक बदलाव लाए।”
यह व्यक्तिगत पीड़ा ही उनके जीवन की प्रेरणा बनी और उन्होंने अपने लिए एक ऐसा रास्ता चुना, जो समाज के लिए भी उपयोगी साबित हुआ।
एक संयोग जिसने बदल दी जिंदगी
स्वाति का इस क्षेत्र में आना किसी योजना का हिस्सा नहीं था, बल्कि एक संयोग था।
“एक दिन मेरी मां की दराज में कुछ पुराने शेयर सर्टिफिकेट मिले, जिनकी कीमत करीब 20 लाख रुपये थी। उस समय मुझे एहसास हुआ कि देश में न जाने कितने लोगों की संपत्ति कहीं पड़ी होगी और उन्हें इसकी जानकारी भी नहीं होगी।”
यहीं से उनके मन में यह विचार आया कि क्यों न इस दिशा में काम किया जाए और लोगों को उनकी भूली हुई संपत्ति वापस दिलाई जाए।
शुरुआती संघर्ष: दरवाजे बंद हुए, लेकिन हिम्मत नहीं टूटी
शुरुआत का सफर बेहद चुनौतीपूर्ण रहा।
“न कोई टीम थी, न ऑफिस और न ही कोई स्पष्ट मार्गदर्शन। मैं घर-घर जाकर लोगों को समझाती थी कि उनके पुराने शेयरों को डीमैट में कैसे बदला जा सकता है। कई बार लोग मुझ पर विश्वास नहीं करते थे, कई बार दरवाजे बंद कर दिए जाते थे।”
लेकिन स्वाति ने हार नहीं मानी। लगातार प्रयास और दृढ़ संकल्प ने धीरे-धीरे लोगों का विश्वास जीता और उनका काम आगे बढ़ने लगा।
परिवार का मिला पूरा साथ
स्वाति अपनी सफलता का श्रेय अपने परिवार को देती हैं।
“मेरे पति और परिवार ने हर कदम पर मेरा साथ दिया। खासतौर पर शुभम जीजू का मार्गदर्शन मेरे लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण रहा। अगर उनका समर्थन नहीं होता, तो शायद मैं यहां तक नहीं पहुंच पाती।”
लोकल से ग्लोबल तक का सफर
आज स्वाति अग्रवाल का काम अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर तक पहुंच चुका है।
वे बताती हैं, “जब मुझे अमेरिका और दुबई जैसे देशों से कॉल आते हैं, तो बहुत गर्व महसूस होता है। यह दर्शाता है कि मेरी मेहनत सही दिशा में जा रही है।”
उनकी एक बड़ी उपलब्धि एक वर्ल्ड बैंक कर्मचारी को 30 लाख रुपये से अधिक का क्लेम दिलाना रही है, जो उनके काम की विश्वसनीयता को दर्शाता है।
सिर्फ क्लेम नहीं, जागरूकता भी मिशन
स्वाति का काम केवल क्लेम दिलाने तक सीमित नहीं है।
वे कहती हैं, “हमारा उद्देश्य लोगों को उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करना भी है। हम खोए हुए शेयर, नाम-पता सुधार, ट्रांसमिशन केस और IEPF जैसे जटिल मामलों को सरल और तेज तरीके से सुलझाते हैं।”
IEPF में विशेषज्ञता: सालों का काम महीनों में
IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund) के मामलों में आमतौर पर 2 से 5 साल का समय लग जाता है, लेकिन स्वाति और उनकी टीम इसे 6 से 7 महीनों में पूरा करने का प्रयास करती है।
वे बताती हैं, “हम पूरी प्रक्रिया को व्यवस्थित और पारदर्शी तरीके से फॉलो करते हैं, जिससे समय की बचत होती है।”
देश में आरबीआई, सेबी, बीमा कंपनियों और बैंकों में 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की अनक्लेम्ड राशि पड़ी है। जागरूकता के अभाव में लोग इस राशि तक नहीं पहुंच पाते।
प्रेरणादायक सफलता की कहानियां
स्वाति के करियर में कई यादगार केस हैं, लेकिन एक केस उनके दिल के बेहद करीब है।
“दो बहनों को यह पता ही नहीं था कि उनके माता-पिता के नाम पर रिलायंस के शेयर हैं। हमने उन्हें 10 लाख रुपये से अधिक की राशि—बोनस और डिविडेंड सहित—वापस दिलाई।”
अब तक वे 20 से अधिक परिवारों को करोड़ों रुपये की अनक्लेम्ड संपत्ति दिला चुकी हैं।
महिलाओं की टीम, मजबूत मिशन
स्वाति एक ऑल-वुमन टीम के साथ काम करती हैं, जिसमें चार सदस्य हैं।
“मेरा मानना है कि महिलाओं में मल्टीटास्किंग और संवेदनशीलता दोनों होती हैं, जो इस काम के लिए बेहद जरूरी हैं।”
वित्तीय जागरूकता की दिशा में प्रयास
स्वाति केवल क्लेम दिलाने तक सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि वे वित्तीय जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए भी लगातार काम कर रही हैं।
“मैं सेमिनार, सोशल मीडिया और विभिन्न प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से लोगों को जागरूक करती हूं। हमने भारतीय सेना के लिए भी जागरूकता सत्र आयोजित किए हैं।”
उनका उद्देश्य है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से वंचित न रहे।
भविष्य की योजना: हर व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे जानकारी
स्वाति का लक्ष्य इस मिशन को और बड़े स्तर पर ले जाना है।
“मैं चाहती हूं कि देश का हर व्यक्ति अपनी अनक्लेम्ड संपत्ति के बारे में जान सके और उसे आसानी से प्राप्त कर सके।”
युवाओं और महिलाओं के लिए संदेश
स्वाति कहती हैं,
